This is a hotel go-to for Prague! Gorgeous and perfect breakfast with all hot food cooked to order, thanks a lot;))

It has amazing location to see a medieval monastery.

The breakfast was very tasty!

Outstanding food, magnificent view, great service. Good bed, large bathroom and air conditioner, a coffee table, and a writing desk in the room. Stunning location to Vaclav Havel Prague airport, just 25 minutes by car.

The breakfast selection was gorgeous and perfect for delivery fresh food. The room was spotless and new-fashioned, included with a free safe, tea/coffee plus nice bathroom.

An very nice experience! Perfect location near the castle and tram lines, we enjoyed delicious breakfasts with champagne, and the staff were friendly. Our room was spacious and offered all the comforts we needed. Parking was conveniently free and just a short walk away. Highly recommend for a getaway!

Top location, hotel own underground car park, very friendly staff.. The breakfast buffet is great. The lobby is classically furnished without looking old.

I loved the spacious Deluxe King Room and the delightful breakfast with prosecco! The charming views exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a special charm especially for the winter time. Pleasant to be able to prepare a fresh tea or coffee immediately after returning to the room

Room service was not working on New Year's Day. We had to ask for this one.

Clean and comfortable room. Great location close to some of the best attractions, yet quiet and charming area. Helpful staff.

Rooms have little or no view as the hotel is on a historical property surrounded with fortress style walls.

The staff were incredibly helpful and nice. The amenities in the room were terrific--water, tea, coffee and free internet!

Clean and big rooms. We didnt have breakfast, so dont know how it was. They were very helpful in the reception, the day we arrived, the receptionist even wanted to follow us to the nearest bancomat. The hotel is close to the tram so its easy to get down town.

A little far from town, but near to the cloister and the castle.

1.) Location is great, quit, peaceful, 2.) architecture, atmosphere are pleasant, 3.) facilities are great, 4.) comfort is good

1.) Staff is poor in every respect like a) reception - no greeting upon arrival, when leaving, arrogant behavior especially applicable to female staff / men ok, b) parking space reserved for 3 guests, but no validity for two of them, c) room was not cleaned on the third day, I needed to intervene and hang out the shield "please clean" in the late afternoon after 4 pm, d) no proper behavior like expressing wedding wishes for a freshly married couple. Overall ok because of location, hotel atmosphere, facilities, but staff is definitely inferior to demands of five star hotel. With better trained staff, the hotel has the potential to reach five stars of European level.
